OSCO Safety offers full-scale project management with a high success rate on both simple and complex projects. Each project is assigned a specific Project Manager. Throughout the process from order inception to final delivery, your Project Manager will ensure each step of our process is executed with quality and efficiency while still meeting the deliverable dates of your project. In the event that things change or issues arise, our Project Managers will mitigate risk, plan for contingencies and see your project to the finish line, always while keeping you updated. Engineering

OSCO offers a variety of engineering services from simple basis of design to fully stamped and sealed engineering packages. Our qualified internal team of engineers is highly experienced in both fiberglass-reinforced polymer and traditional building material design. In the event that our internal team is unable to meet the timelines of your project, we also work with several qualified external engineering partners fully capable of handling a variety of engineering requirements. 

Professional Engineering Services

We work closely with registered Professional Engineers in every state as well as four Canadian provinces. Consider OSCO your connection for P.E. sealed submittal packages, structural analyses of FRP structures, calculation packages and more.

Design & Drafting

Whether your project requires a full engineering package or a simple design work, OSCO’s experienced drafting team is up for the challenge. We can turn your ideas into 2D and 3D visual representations. In the event that our internal drafting team is unable to satisfy the needs of your project, we also have a team of external drafting partners.

3D Modeling

Our 3D modeling services can provide a breakout of components to give you an exploded view of your project, plus we can create a model of the finished design.

Project Drafts

Depending on the needs of your project, we offer full-scale drawing packages that include drawings for customer approval, shop/fabrication and erection drawings.

Fabrication & Assembly

If you need a specific part or profile, our internal fabrication department can fabricate material for your project. If you want to save time with pre-assembly or complete assembly, we keep our sleeves rolled up and our tools at the ready. As we continue to build our network of outsourcing partners, we’re also able to offer regional-based fabrication using our team of external partners when necessary.

Committed To Accuracy

Computer Numerical Control (CNC) technology is used to ensure accuracy during fabricating. Tight tolerances give you the quality you need, plus time is saved during assembly because every component fits together as it should. 

Assembly Support

Our solutions are developed for onsite assembly that’s fast and easy, but we know there are times when you need your project completed in the shortest possible time. The most common assembly help our customers choose is sub-assemblies of platforms or staircases shipped for final assembly onsite. When needed, we can also ship assemblies that are fully complete and ready to be put in place.
