Step-by-Step Installation Guide

Building a ReadySeries platform is straightforward and efficient. Here’s a breakdown of the simple installation process:

1. Stand Up the Frames

The frames create the “legs” that serve as the foundation and support structure for your FRP platform. There will be two frames for every section of your platform structure. Position them upright in their approximate installation positions. You’ll finalize the positions later as you assemble the other components.

2. Select the Top Kit

Place the platform top in the correct position.

3. Attach the Top Kit

Secure the platform top to the frames using the provided bolts, washers and nuts.

4. Attach the Guardrails

Secure ReadySeries guardrail sections using two spacers per guardrail and provided hardware.

5. Attach the Stairs

Position and secure the ReadySeries stair kit using the appropriate bolts, washers and nuts provided in a separate hardware packet.

 

Side-Mount Option

If mounting the stairs to the side of the FRP platform, use the longer bolts provided in the hardware packet.

 

6. Attach the Stair Rails

Attach the pre-assembled stair rail kit to the stairs using the provided spacers, bolts washers and nuts. Railings work on either side. Secure the stairs to the floor (hardware not provided) using screws or bolts appropriate for your flooring material.
